BlankCanvasMedia provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

  • Paid social media advertising (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Campaign strategy and management

  • Social media content design and consultancy

  • Analytics reporting and performance reviews

Services may be purchased on a project, retainer, or consultancy basis as agreed in a signed contract or proposal.

3. Use of the Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use it in a way that breaches any law or regulation

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

  • Reproduce or repurpose our content without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or block your access if you breach these terms.

4. Payments and Fees

All content created by BlankCanvasMedia, including ad copy, graphics, strategy documents, and reports, remain the intellectual property of the agency until full payment has been received.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered assets for their own business purposes.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary information and access in a timely manner (e.g. Meta Business Manager access, branding assets)

  • Review and approve deliverables promptly

  • Comply with applicable advertising policies on platforms used

Failure to meet these obligations may delay project timelines or impact performance.

7. Performance and Results

While BlankCanvasMedia strives to deliver the best possible outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results or return on ad spend (ROAS), as digital marketing performance can be influenced by external factors beyond our control.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Project cancellations must be made in writing

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

  • For retainers, 30 days’ notice is required to terminate services

In certain cases, refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlankCanvasMedia is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays caused by third-party platforms (e.g. Meta Ads downtime)

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. All updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
